Great location in the town center. Very helpfully staff also including the owner who went out of his way to make sure we all got tickets for the match we were attending.

all was good. friendly and pleasant staff and v helpful. private car park v handy.

the room service just walking in to your room in the moring and woke us up.

            7.0

Over all it was a pleasant hotel, clean and in general a nice feel about the place.

There were a few people outside the hotel fighting who had obviously over done the drink and nobody stopped them or moved them off. Room was to hot and with the windows open it was very noisey late at night with party goers and drunks passing buy, the version of "Oggy Oggy Oggy", outside the hotel at 3 in the morning followed by Wake Up its a Beautiful Morning was not really to our taste. If you get what we mean !

Good location and an ideal base when visiting south east. Staff were courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant was of a high standard and good value for money.

The general decor of the hotel was poor, particularly the bedrooms which were small and cramped. A general refurbishment is needed .

            Very little!

From the car park at the rear of hotel to get to the Reception point was a veritable nightmare trying to avoid beer barrels and other hotel furniture etc. Also in the drawer in the bedroom reserved for a telephone directory, indeed there was one available................dated 2004.Need I say more?

It was very easy to find and the loaction was excellent. The lobby and bar area were lovely and obviously recently updated to be quite modern and very comfortable.

The rooms were quite dated in decor and furniture. The bathrooms were even worse and are desperately in need of an update - almost to the point of grubbiness. The carpet in my room had several marks on it - it was clean just old and very tired. I would recommend this hotel for location but warn about state of the rooms. I have stayed at Lawlors hotel in Naas several times and always found that to be clean, comfortable and much better than this one.

the staff were friendly and the breakfast was top quaility

the shower was filthy with no hot water the toilet didnt flush and the television kept freezing,i have stayed here many times but i will be reconsidering from this experience when we complained to the desk it was as if we were wrong .

The staff were very friendly and the location in such a nice town makes this very convenient for the South East Coast of Ireland

Stayed at this hotel for a wedding recently, which was excellent. Food was fabulous. The room was only ok. Bed was small, shower wasnt the cleanest, room was small.

The bed was small and not very comfortable.

Restraunt staff were friendly and helpful

Shower was unsatisfactory shower head did not stay on mount on wall , I stayed alone but my room had 2 single beds a double would of been more suitable and comfortable

            7.8

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpfull

The room was dated in decor with no view. Sound travelled badly between rooms. Parking was a bit akward as only access was at the back of hotel and had to walk all the way around, even late at night, which was not very nice as it was quite isolated.

            Bar extension.

Furnishings were very old fashioned and grotty.

            7.4

The Hotel is excellently located in the centre of Dungarvan making it easy to get around.

The restaurant staff, albeit friendly, were not well organised and different staff members were attending to me all the time. I was left waiting too long to order, for each course and even waited over 15 min for the bill before approaching the till myself to pay which meant I skipped desert!
